You need:
- Sensible clothes.
- Good mat.
- Buddy.
- Space.
Instructions:
- Lie down flat on your back.
- Put your hands by your sides.
- Lift your feet and legs and hips, make them straight.
- Count to three – 1, 2, 3.
- Lower your feet down.
