Shoulder Stands - Procedural Writing


Shoulder Stands.

You need:
-       Sensible clothes.
-       Good mat.
-       Buddy.
-       Space.

Instructions:
  1. Lie down flat on your back.
  2. Put your hands by your sides.
  3. Lift your feet and legs and hips, make them straight.
  4. Count to three – 1, 2, 3.
  5. Lower your feet down.
