Shoulder Stands.
You need:
- Sensible clothes.
- A soft mat.
- A big space.
- A buddy.
Instructions:
- Lie down flat on the mat on your back.
- Put your hands beside your sides.
- Put your feet up in the air, straight together.
- Lift your hips up in the air.
- Point your toes towards the sky.
- Count to three.
- Slowly put your legs down.
- Stand up.
