Shoulder Stands - Procedural Writing


Shoulder Stands.

You need:
-       Sensible clothes.
-       A soft mat.
-       A big space.
-       A buddy.

Instructions:
  1. Lie down flat on the mat on your back.
  2. Put your hands beside your sides.
  3. Put your feet up in the air, straight together.
  4. Lift your hips up in the air.
  5. Point your toes towards the sky.
  6. Count to three.
  7. Slowly put your legs down.
  8. Stand up.
